Privacy Policy

Last updated June 4, 2026. How Pinsevo handles your account, workspace, imports, and Pinterest connection.

Who we are

Pinsevo (“Pinsevo”, “we”, “us”) runs pinsevo.com and the Pinsevo app — software that helps website owners and Etsy sellers turn existing content into Pinterest pins, review them, and schedule publishing. This policy describes what we collect, why, and your choices.

Information we collect

Account data: email, name, and password (stored via our auth provider). Workspace data: pin titles, descriptions, image URLs, destination links, schedules, and import settings you save. Import data: website URLs, Etsy shop identifiers, and page/listing metadata we fetch when you ask us to scan a source. Pinterest connection: OAuth tokens and basic account info (username, account id) when you connect Pinterest — only to publish pins you explicitly select. Payment data: if you subscribe, billing is handled by our payment processor (e.g. Stripe). We receive subscription status and the last four digits of your card — not your full card number. Usage data: basic logs (IP, browser, pages visited in the app) to keep the service secure and fix bugs.

How we use your information

We use your data to run Pinsevo: generate pin copy, show your library and calendar, publish pins you approve, and send account emails (verification, password reset, billing receipts). We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your Etsy or website content to train public models for other customers.

AI and third-party services

Pin copy may be drafted using AI providers under contract. Content you submit for generation is sent only to provide that feature. We use Supabase for authentication and database hosting, and may use analytics that respect Do Not Track where configured. Questions about subprocessors: pinsevo@gmail.com.

Pinterest

Pinsevo is not affiliated with Pinterest. When you connect Pinterest, we act on your instructions to create pins you select. We follow Pinterest’s Developer Guidelines. Disconnect anytime in Settings; we stop using your token immediately.

Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage for sign-in sessions and onboarding progress. Marketing pages may use minimal analytics. You can block cookies in your browser; the app may not work correctly without session cookies.

Retention and deletion

We keep your workspace while your account is active. You can delete drafts, disconnect Pinterest, and cancel your account from Settings or by emailing pinsevo@gmail.com. After cancellation we delete or anonymize personal data within 30 days, except where law requires longer retention (e.g. billing records).

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data. Email pinsevo@gmail.com — we respond within 30 days. EU/UK users may lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority.

Children

Pinsevo is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. We will post the new date at the top of this page. Material changes will be emailed to account holders when possible.
