Agreement
By creating an account or using Pinsevo, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What Pinsevo provides
Pinsevo is a software tool to import content from websites and Etsy shops, draft Pinterest pin copy, organize a pin library, and schedule publishing to your connected Pinterest account. You choose every pin before it is queued or published. We do not guarantee specific traffic, sales, or follower growth.
Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us at pinsevo@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans, when offered, renew automatically until you cancel. Prices are shown at checkout and may change with notice before your next renewal. Taxes may apply. Chargebacks without contacting us first may result in account suspension. Billing questions: pinsevo@gmail.com.
Acceptable use
Do not use Pinsevo for spam, misleading pins, copyright infringement, scraping sites you do not own without permission, or anything that violates Pinterest’s policies or applicable law. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or harm other users.
Your content
You retain ownership of your content. You grant Pinsevo a limited license to process it solely to provide the service (import, generate copy, schedule). You confirm you have rights to the images and text you import.
Pinsevo is not affiliated with Pinterest, Inc. Your use of Pinterest is governed by Pinterest’s terms. You must comply with their community guidelines and developer policies when publishing through Pinsevo.
Availability
We aim for high uptime but do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages (Pinterest, Etsy, hosting), or force majeure may cause delays. Scheduled publishing may be affected during outages.
Disclaimer
Pinsevo is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD $100 if you are on a free plan. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
You may stop using Pinsevo anytime by cancelling your subscription and closing your account. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms. Sections that should survive (liability limits, your content license for processing already completed) survive termination.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Delaware, unless your local consumer law requires otherwise.
