Refund Policy

Last updated June 4, 2026. How refunds work for paid Pinsevo subscriptions.

Overview

We want you to be happy with Pinsevo. This refund policy applies to paid subscriptions purchased through our website. Free plans are not charged.

14-day refund window

If you subscribe to a paid plan and are not satisfied, email pinsevo@gmail.com within 14 days of your first charge for that plan. We will refund that payment in full. No need to explain at length — one sentence is enough.

After 14 days

Subscriptions are generally non-refundable after the 14-day window, but you can cancel anytime to stop future charges. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

How to cancel

Cancel from Settings → Billing in the app, or email pinsevo@gmail.com from your account email. Cancellation stops renewal; it does not delete your account unless you request that separately.

Exceptions

We may make exceptions for duplicate charges, proven billing errors, or extended outages caused solely by Pinsevo. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may void eligibility for a goodwill refund.
